Local food
I had dinner with my friend who has lived in Sapporo for a long time. He took me to Uoya-Iccho, a seafood restaurant near Clock Tower. Then, I found that the restaurant offered very fresh and tasty Sashimi, raw fish, with reasonable price. I was amazed about the quality of the food. I didn’t know the restaurant, but, according to him, this restaurant has been doing business for more than decades. Zangi, local fried chicken, was also so tasty.
He also told me some restaurants worth knowing. Some were not known by tourists and located in inconvenient areas. Thus, if you are looking for good restaurants with low prices in Sapporo, it is better to ask local people. Local people usually don’t go to expensive restaurants.
