Sapporo Beer Garden
Sapporo beer garden used to be a sugar factory. Now it has become a large facility including a museum and several restaurants serving beer and “Genghis Khan”. “Genghis Khan” is a local cuisine in Hokkaido and it is a sort of barbecue made of lamb, mutton and vegetables.
Firstly, we arrived at the entrance of the museum. To be honest, I was not so interested in the history of beer. So I enjoyed beer tasting and didn’t go into the museum.
Then, we moved to one of the restaurants. We ordered Genghis Khan because we had no choice other than it here. I found that lamb was tastier than beef.
