Miso ramen
Sapporo is the cradle of miso ramen. This time, I went to Sapporo Ramen Alley to eat miso ramen.
Miso is a Japanese ordinary condiment made from soy beans, and many Japanese prefer its taste. I am not an exception. As this picture shows, it includes half of boiled egg, green onions, bean sprouts and slices of pork. Usually, its noodles are relatively thick.
It was tasty as I expected. I ate up the entire bowl. The problem was that this miso ramen was the meal after dinner and drinking. It became sort of dessert as a result. I might gain weight. It is not my excuse, but it is a bad habit watched across this country.
