Sapporo City Hall
Sapporo City Hall is located in front of Odori Park. If you go out Exit 31 of Subway Odori Station, you will find it easily.
I sometimes go to its dining hall in the first basement. It serves nice lunches with reasonable prices within few minutes. Whenever I go, many other customers including staff and residents have come. Most of these residents are elderly people.
Another highlight of this city hall is its observation deck. From this deck, you can enjoy the view of this city for free during a summer season. It is a great spot although not so many people know this place. In general, most people don’t go to a city hall as a sightseeing place.
