Noria is a Ferris wheel equipped on a house top of a commercial building near Susukino station. It’s worth to ride to see the night view of Sapporo. When I took a ride on the Ferris wheel, it blew a strong wind. Our cabin of the Ferris wheel was shaken the most when we reached around the top. Miso ramen
Sapporo is the cradle of miso ramen. This time, I went to Sapporo Ramen Alley to eat miso ramen. Miso is a Japanese ordinary condiment made from soy beans, and many Japanese prefer its taste. Sapporo Beer Garden
Sapporo beer garden used to be a sugar factory. Now it has become a large facility including a museum and several restaurants serving beer and “Genghis Khan”. “Genghis Khan” is a local cuisine in Hokkaido and it is a sort of barbecue made of lamb, mutton and vegetables.
