Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill
Hitsujigaoka Observation Hill used to be a research center about agriculture, but many visitors have begun to come as sightseeing before World War 2. Since visiting of sightseers prevented its research, part of this place was opened as a sightseeing place after the war. From this hill, it is possible to see nice views of Sapporo, usually. Hokkaido Shrine Festival
Hokkaido Shrine Festival is held from 14th June to 16th June every year. During the period, plenty of stalls are in Nakajima Park and many people visit there. This year, I couldn’t go there because my friend had come from other region. In the last day of the festival, I saw a portable shrine at the central district. I took pictures of it. I didn’t know who was on the portable shrine, but I was satisfied with feeling as if I was participating in the festival a little. #event


Yosakoi Soran Festival
Yosakoi Soran Festival has been held in June since 1992. More than 30,000 participants perform unique folk dances. It has become one of the biggest events and more than 2 million people come to Sapporo every year to observe this festival. Until last year, I used to watch this performance on local TV program.
